About
I am an Assistant Professor of Microbiology at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA Uni., Egypt). I am holding a PhD in the field of Applied Microbiology.
Very passionate about studying fungal biology and fungal biotechnology. Mainly I am interested in the fields of Fungal Biodiversity, Fungal enzymes, and metabolites.
I am teaching General Microbiology, Introduction to Biosafety and Microbial genetics courses for undergraduate students.
By 2022, I have joined Dr Andreas Bruder's team at SUPSI University as a researcher. During my stay in SUPSI, I will focus mainly on studying the overlap in communities of fungal endophytes in freshwater plants, soils and the rhizosphere and study their potential to produce some plant growth factors
