Research Interests
I have a research experience for 10 years in the isolation of endophytic fungi and studying its biodiversity in Egypt. Also, I have recently started to widen my experience in extracting fungal enzymes and metabolites.
Recently, I am studying the overlap in communities of fungal endophytes in freshwater plants, soils and the rhizosphere to study their potential to produce some plant growth factors.
